Abstract

： Objective To evaluate the diagnostic and therapeutic value of DSA in the gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods 55 cases of acute gastrointestinal hemorrhage with unknown cause underwent digital subtraction angiography.30 cases of them performed trascatheter artery embolization,and 5 cases performed pitosin intra artery infusion.Results 37cases were shown abnormal on DSA.The positive rate was 56%.25 of 30 cases who underwent embolization stopped bleeding instantly.Conclusion DSA is an important method for the diagnosis of gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
