Thinking about the Cultivation of Pre-service Teachers' Educational Quality

With the comprehensive implementation of the New Curriculum of elementary education and teachers' professionalism,the new and higher requirements for teachers' educational quality has arisen.The traditional model of cultivating talents in pre-service teachers education has lagged behind the needs of social development and thus the educational quality of teachers is not satisfactory.This paper,in view of this situation,points out that the teaching strategy aiming at the humans' overall development must be taken by the way of reforming the teaching in the phase of pre-service teachers' education and optimizing the structure of courses,enhancing the education of vocational ideal and competence training of education and teaching,emphasizing the moulding of good personality of pre-service teachers,to meet the social needs of high-quality teachers.
