Abstract
The studies on a mixed formulation of M. anisopliae spores showed that the best formulation was spore powder 50% and charcoal black 21.5%, soybean salad oil 25%, synergist 2%, ultraviolet absorption agent 1.5%. Toxicities of oil formulation of M. anisopliae on the third instar larva of Locusta migratoria manilensis were tested. The laboratory bioassay showed that the LT50 of the formulation was 5.06 days .The population reduced rate was 88.9% after 12 days treatment in the field. Half life of the spore was 258.6 days in the temperature of 25 ℃.
