Tourism Development in Heilongjiang Province

With the rural tourism development in China,Heilongjiang Province has a good prospect of promoting the local tourism.However,since it started rather late,there have not been many areas with rapid development,which are generally restricted by such problems as follows:fund insufficiency,inefficient management,irrational designing and lack of talents.Therefore,Heilongjiang Province need develop specialized tourism according to the local resource advantages.The paper raises a series of measures to promote the local tourism development.
