Abstract

GIS application framework based on plug-in technology is a kind of extendable and reusable software architecture for GIS. It can not only reduce the cost of GIS development and maintenance, but also enhance the flexibility of GIS software. It can also solve the problem of the variable application requirement. The structure and technology of application framework had been researched. Finally, the application framework based on plug-in technology had been realized using.NET.
