Abstract
The legal thoughts of Taiping Heavenly Kingdom have modern legal ideology elements of the West,as well as the contents of Chinese traditional legal thoughts,are the integration product of Chinese traditional legal culture and western legal culture,initiate the precedent integrating western legal culture by Chinese traditional legal culture in the modern history of China,is an important link of legal modernization in China,has the role of connection between the preceding and the following,and exert far-reaching influence on the legal modernization in China.
