Abstract
Objectives To investigate a cosmetic skin graft donor site Methods We harvested full-thickness skin from groin, then splited using a drum dermatome The donor site was primary closed Results From Nov 1998 to Dec 2001, 26 patients had been split-thickness skin graft from grion harvested in 26 patients The donor site healing was rapid without any complications The scar was inconspicious Conclusions Groin is a cosmetic split-thickness skin graft donor site
