Abstract
Firstly,this paper introduces three kinds of interpolation algorithms in the image scaling,then analyzes the comparative of.Finally confirmed for this article is based on bicubic interpolation(double three interpolations) technology implementation,then design a algorithm applied in the video image scaling based on it.Finally this paper realizes the hardware design in image scaling and carries on the simulation function on it.This paper’s bright spot is that designing the video image scaling of bicubic interpolation algorithm and the hardware implementation for save hardware resources on the design.
