Discussion on Reliability of PLC Control System

Abstract

The main factors influencing reliability of PLC control system were discussed.It puts forward a series of measures in respect of working environment,power,meeting line,redundant and demotion design,I/O circuit of control system and PLC programming,to change line through PLC control system tests in production circumstance and PLC control system,to improving reliability of PLC control system.
