Abstract
Based on amino acid sequences of the 3088 protein chains with identity 40% and 2878 protein chains with identity 33%,respectively,by using of the 5 kinds scoring matrix for predicting a-hairpin motif is proposed with parameter by amino acid in the self-consistency and 10-fold cross-validation.Predictive results shown(1996) algorithm is significantly better than others, the overall predicted accuracies are 77.7% and 76.1% for 3088 proteins respectively.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
