Abstract
The protoplast fusion technology is an effective ways of microbial breeding,including main processes of protoplast preparation,protoplast fusion,protoplast regeneration,fusion separation.An review was given on the influence factors on composition and quomodo of medium culture,age of bacterium growing,kinds and concentration of enzyme,stabilizer,molecular weight and concentration of PEG.The summarize about the new development and appliance of the technolegy of microbe protoplast fusion was given in the article.
