Abstract

The volatile oils in the Ziziphora clinopodioides Lam.were extracted by steam distillation method,and the volatile chemical constituents from the herb were identified by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry(GC/MS).67 compounds are identified,which account for 92.05% of the volatile oils.The major components are pulegone(51.26%),isomenthone(18.33%),piperitenone(4.08%),piperitone(2.53%)and isopulegone(2.11%).
