Abstract
This paper gives an optimization analysis of the location of commercial land,so as to predict new commercial land location of Zhengzhou City in the future,provide a basis for the governmental decision-making,and provide reference for merchants' choice of location.According to the planning of Zhengzhou administration and the background of information age at present,the paper studies the large supermarkets,shopping malls and large storage centers,and uses GIS software to analyze the traffic conditions,downtown area and every partition space of the city and gets the current situation of commercial land location and trend of development in the future.The analysis demonstrates that the traffic and roads of the city exert a great influence on the selection of commercial land location.
