Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the quality control of Tongmai oral liquid by RP-HPLC.Methods The ferulic acid and puerarin were determined by RP-HPLC at the same time. The reversed phase HPLC system consisting of a C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) and the mobile phase was methanol-water(1% glacial acetic acid),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,UV detection wavelength was at 254 nm,and the column temperature was set up at25 ℃.Results The linear ranges of ferulic acid and puerarin were 0.017 8~0.106 8 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 4),and 0.009 0~0.054 0 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 2).The average recoveries were 99.25% and 99.57%,and the RSD was 1.2% and 1.3% respectively. Conclusion These methods can be used for the quality control of Tongmai oral liquid.
