Abstract
This paper is about the numerical simulation study of mean wind pressures on the large roof of Quanzhou central stadium. The comparision of the distribution of wind pressures on the roof with the results of wind tunnel test in the 75° and 105° direction shows that they are consist with each other. Some rules of wind flow fields in the stadium and around the roof were also discussed briefly. The results in this paper verify the feasibility of numerical simulation of large roofs in wind engineering.
