Abstract

Fact is objective reality.News fact is a part of fact and is also objective.As information reflecting news fact,news itself is not fact but information that has news value.News value is not characteristic of news fact either,and yet is special attribute of news information,which contains such three essential factors as truth,freshness and importance.Thus,news is true,fresh and important information.
