Probe into the Cooperation between University Library and Enterprise

This paper discusses on that the university library under the social informatization should display its own superiorities and provide the information consultancy service for the modern enterprises, and probes into the superiorities, methods and effective paths of the university library to provide the information service for the enterprises.
