Operating the Central Plain Urban Clusters with Different Strategies

Based on urban operation and the different development theory,this article discusses the present situation and the development idea of city clusters in the Central Plain.The industrialization level of city clusters south of the Yellow River is higher,and the economic development tendency is strong,but in the region the urban economy development condition varies visibly.Therefore,it is clear seen that the leading function of regional key cities is not strong.Finally,the article discusses the question of how to choose the different development ways of city clusters in the south region of the Yellow River.
