Strengthening Ideological and Political Education, Bettering the Recruitment of Party Members

In view of the current situation of developing party members in institutions of higher learning, we analyse the problems and deficiency existed in developing party members, point out that strengthening ideological and political education among students is the basic foothold of development of party members, and put forward some new thoughts on bettering the development job of party members by emphasizing education of Marxist theory, enlightmet, ideal and faith, and Party spirit.
