Abstract

Objective To optimize the water extraction conditions of SangXing Decoction. Methods An extraction procedure was optimized by orthogonal test. The content of Chlorogenic acid which was used as the assessment index was determined by HPLC. Results The optimum water extraction process was as follows: To use crude drugs in processed pieces with 10 times water, soak for 2h,extraction three times and each time lasts 2h. Conclusion The optimum process is stable and feasible.
