Abstract
The composition,main functions and features of automatic pressure calibration system with pressure source inside were introduced.This system could produce standard pressure at the accuracy grade of 0.05%FS accurately,quickly,stably and no overshoot for calibrating the pressure instruments.And according to the test procedures of the pressure instruments,this system could calibrate the pressure of the pressure instruments point by point in the full scale.Depending on the specific calibration conditions,this system also adjusted the calibration range,the number of the calibration points,pressure settings and other information.When the pressure instruments were pressure sensors,this system could measure and display their output signals.And it can be combined with the host computer to realize processing the calibration data and then generating calibration report automatically to improve the calibration efficiency significantly.
