Considerations about the Validity of China's Transmission Mechanism of the Monetary Policy

Abstract

This paper briefly elaborates the western economic theory about the five channels of the monetary transmission mechanism, analyzes on the geneses of that our country's current monetary transmission is not smooth and the efficiency of the transmission of monetary policy is not obvious, and through the analysis on monetary transmission mechanism theory and Chinese reality, puts forward some proposals about improving the monetary transmission mechanism.
