Abstract
A flow injection knotted reactor preconcentration system coupled to flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS)was developed for the determination of trace Cu in rice. With 60 s(sample throughput of 37/h)of sampling at a flow rate of 6.0 mL/min,an EF of 13.5(higher than 4.5 which achieved by Conventional elution method)and a detection limit of 5.4 μg/L were obtained. The precision(RSD,n=11)was 2.3% at the 200 μg/L level. When 0.01 % triethannolamine was used as masking reagent, the recovery rate of Cu in rice was from 96.4%~97.8%.
