Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical evaluation of levofloxacin for the sequential treatment of urinary tract infections. Methods Choosed 176 Patients with urinary tract infections from June 2010 to June 2011 in our hospital. The patients of observation group took levofloxacin sequential therapy;the control group with conventional intravenous levofloxacin. Results The difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups was not statistically significant(P0.05);the incidence rate of adverse reactions and the treatment costs of observation group were lower than control group, the differences were statistically significant(P 0.01).Conclusion Levofloxacin sequential treatment of urinary tract infections can obtain satisfactory clinical results, and clinical adverse reactions less, lower costs,it is worth to use in clinical practice.
