Abstract

Objective:To explore and analyze the urethral resectoscope enucleation of the prostate and transurethral resection of the prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients clinical efficacy and safety of.Methods: 86cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients in our hospital from 2010January to 2012June in department of urology were treated as the research object, using random number table to benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, the control group were treated with transurethral resection of the prostate, the experimental group were treated with transurethral resectoscope enucleation of the prostate, compared 2 groups of patients in the average operation time, average bleeding volume, average hospital stay, average hospital costs and complications. Results:Patients in the experimental group average operation time, average bleeding during operation, hospitalization time and average hospitalization expenses were significantly shorter/less than that of the control group of patients, there is significant difference,P0.05,patients in the experimental group the incidence of complications was 18.60%,significantly lower than the control group patients(4.65%),the difference was statistically significant,P0.05.Conclusion:Transurethral resectoscope enucleation of the prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia is a better operation method, curative effect is better than that of transurethral resection of the prostate, worthy of further promotion.
