Abstract

Refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura resists to glucocorticoids and splenectomy,resulting in difficulty in clinical treatment.Though choices are various,clinical effect is not ideal.Application of Rituximab and TPO,Romiplostin,Eltrombopag,IL-11 impoves the result.Chinese medical treatment which based onHuo,Xu and Yu can reach better effect through reducing toxicity,increasing effect,stabilizing patient condition,decreasing relapse.
