Abstract
A band-gap voltage reference circuit suitable for CMOS process is presented.Using the compensation technology through the MOS current mirror and a common source and gate current source load structure, the band-gap voltage reference source has a simple structure, low temperature coefficient and high power supply rejection ratio(PSRR).The simulation result shows that a power supply refection ratio(PSRR) of 52 dB and a temperature coefficient of 6.5 ×10-6 V/ ℃ from-20℃ to 120℃ can be obtained. It has been embedded in a trans-impedance amplifier used in optical communication, then fabricated and tested, and the perfect performance of it can fully meet the amplifier.
