Abstract

As the first assembled solid wastes treatment and pollution control center in Shanghai,based on the requirements of safety standardization construction of state administration of work safety and combined with the safety management demands of whole process,Shanghai solid wastes disposal center puts forward the concept of 4A-3S-2E-1H safety standardization construction of large environmental protection enterprises.In addition,the experiences of 4A-3S-2E-1H safety standardization construction are comprehensively summarized,which has certain reference significance for safety standardization construction in large environmental protection enterprises.
