Abstract
From the view of simplicity of the noise impact assessment factors,the non-stable noise assessment,the urban low-frequency noise influence,the volume source and surface source noise forecast,some questions existed in the present noise impact assessment are proposed,which provides reference for the sound environment management and the noise impact assessment research of the related scholars.
