Abstract

The macro program applied in the CNC mill and machining center was introduced.The macro program was applied in the formal surface with inverted circular angle,certain depth and regular distribution.The results demonstrate that macro program is a quick,simple,common and optimized method,which is applicable to curving surface programming that is difficult to be described with manual program of general G code,and can overcome the shortcomings that the computer-aided program is too lengthy.
