Abstract

The experiment was designed through erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette(E-C3bRR) test and immune complex rosette(E-ICRR) test. The results first indicated that C3b receptor existed on membrane of red cell,so proved the red cell of Syrmaticus reevesii had immune function, and concept of Red cell immune system(RCIS) was the same with Syrmaticus reevesii. It showed that the E-C3bRR that was 38.02 ±2.75(%) was very significantly different(P0.01) than E-ICRR that was 22.90 ±1.63(%).
