Research Into and Construction of Sports Innovation System by Analyzing the Establishment About Supporting and Extending System of National Innovation System

The study gives a brief summarization of innovation,national innovation system,the state research and establishment of China's national innovation system.Under transiting the social structure in 21st century,marching forward the knowledge society and hosting 2008 01ympic Games,it analyzes dialectic,essential,realistic and actable situations,which will study and build sports innovation system.It puts forward the theoretical concept,which will establish sports knowledge service system and public administrative system,which is beneficial to the combination of innovated sports knowledge,spread and applied,for sports innovation system being used as reforming of sports system.
