Abstract

To optimize the ultrasound extraction process of polysaccharides in the corn silk, the best condition, which is temperature 60 degree, adding 30 times water, ultrasound 60 min and extract 4 times, was chosen through single factor and arthogonal experiment.Ultrasonic extraction can improve the extraction efficiency.
