On Contemporary Notion of Chinese Judicial Democracy and Realization of the System

Judicial democracy is the goal of judicial reform established by the Supreme People's Court,which has provided a new subject for our country's judicial theory research. At present,our country is in the period of social transform,judicial work is influenced by the public opinions represented by popular will more and more. Compared with traditional special judicial mode,the judicial democracy faces two special problems of entangling publicity of the public will and specialty of judicial work. No doubt,it is necessary to discuss current theory,system and realization of the judicial democracy from the two dimensions of theory of judicial democracy and current standards.
