Abstract
Complex products are composed by many subsystems through complex coupling.Due to the mutual coupling of different systems of complex products,the models of collaborative optimization of complex products were built by using the method of collaborative optimization.In order to solve the problems of collaborative optimization modeling with mixed variables,the analysis of variables was combined with the models of collaborative optimization based on continuous variables,additionally,and the object functions and constraint functions were designed,then,mixed-variable collaborative optimization modeling process of complex product was provided,including conception model,system-level optimization model,subsystem-level optimization model,subsystem analysis model,variable analysis optimization,system integration model.The validation of the model was tested by an engineering case.
