Inspiration from Land Development Right for Farmland Protection

The paper discusses issues involoved in farmland in China,these include: per-capita quantity of farmland is few,and quality is poor;along with process of industrilization and urbanization,using farmland against rules for development projects;occupying farmland inefficiently;the system for the balance of occupation and compensation has not been performed.Therefore,the paper makes some proposals for farmland protection: using experience of other countries for reference;introducing concept of land development right;resolving problems concerning farmland protection by applying innovation measures.
