Abstract
Eupatorium adenophorum is one of the most dangerous invasive plants in China. To discuss the relationship between the allelopathy of native plants in Guizhou and seed germination of Eupatorium adenophorum, the method of culture dishes with filter paper was used to research effects of 10 kinds of leaf aqueous extract on seed germination of Eupatorium adenophorum. The results showed that allelochemicals of all 10 kinds of donor species have allelopathy on seed germination of Eupatorium adenophorum, and allelopathy increased with the enhancing of concentration. The germination speed index was more sensitive than germination rate. The effects of Camellia oleifera Abel.,Castanea mollissima Blume,Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.and Itea ilicifolia Oliv.were the best, and the effects of Broussonetia papyifera Vent.,Sonchus arvensis L.and Setaria viridis(Linn.) Beauv.were not obvious.
