Abstract

In order to explore the Zhenjing oilfield Chang 9 reservoir development methods and evaluate horizontal wells to develop Chang 9 well productivity,HH42P1 is deployed,when Zhenjing field Chang 8 reservoir carried out horizontal wells and obtained a certain success.According to HH37P1 and HH37P2 drilling experience,Zhenjing oilfield conducted studies on optimum drilling technologies,including reducing the body structure of the well,using 81 2″dill bit in the second spud,using 6″ dill bit for horizontal section,optimization PDC bit,drilling parameters and strengthening the management of site construction personnel and equipment.By using these techniques,HH42P1 drilling speed improved by more than 50%;drilling cycle was reduced by more than 20%.Objective layer borehole diameter enlargement rate was controlled within 10%;the casing was saved by more than 70 t and drilling costs was reduced by more than 20%.This well provided technical experience for Zhenjing oilfield horizontal well optimum drilling.
