Abstract
In consideration of the perculation characteristics of reservoir at middle, high water-bearing stages, well testing data are used to derive radial flow parameters in reservoirs. A new method is proposed to study the residual oil distribution, by which interwell quantitative description is implemented. The method is used to study the residual oil distribution in Tainan Oilfield, the present residual oil distribution in the oilfield is basically understood, thus decisive bases are provided for adjustment and tapping the potential in oilfields.
