On Construction of Information-based Collegiate Financial Management

With the development of modern information technology,the financial management environment and management methods have changed greatly in institutions of higher learning.The changing situation puts forward higher requirements for the construction of information-based financial management.The construction of information-based financial management is a fundamental reform for the collegiate financial management system,modernization of higher education,financial information disclosure and improvement of the efficiency of financial management.At present,problems exist in collegiate financial management,such as lagged concepts on financial management,old-fashioned technologies of financial management and poor quality of financial management staff.Therefore,to solve all the problems above,colleges and universities should innovate the current financial management patterns,perfect the function of their financial management system,lower the security risks caused by the information-based financial management construction,and improve the quality of financial management.
