Discussion on Safety Culture Construction of the Enterprise

Abstract

Enterprise safety culture construction is a significant symbol to measure the safety management level of an enterprise. It is a very important problem for many enterprises faced to how to establish and improve the safety culture construction lever now. Based on the past experience of safety culture construction,the author put forward new thought of fostering the enterprise's safety culture from the four aspects of the spiritual,institutional,material and behavioral culture.
