Abstract
The legal provision for evidence capability is based on the characteristic of a proof. The unit can't bear witness in a law court. The proof provided by units is independent of the status of a unit. The qualification of proof is determined by its characteristic. It is necessary to distinguish the various qualifications for evidence capability: the strict proof and the relax proof. We can bring the proof provided by units into legal species of proof according to its different modality.
