Abstract

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of intraocular lens implantation(IOP) after vitrectomy combined lensectomy for complicated traumatic eyes.Methods 54 patients(54 eyes) were performed vitrectomy combined lensectomy.Posterior chamber IOL was implanted in the ciliary sulcus in 12 eyes,posterior chamber IOL suture fixation for dislocated crystalline lens in 25 eyes.The follow-up time was 3-10months.Results Only 2 eyes' vision were not improved.The best corrected vision of 37 eyes of IOL implantation were ≥0.05,6 eyes got 0.4-1.0.Conclusion The results suggested that the combined surgery is feasible.To choose indication strictly and manipulate skillfully in operation is key point for the combined surgery.However,secondary IOL implantation is also an acceptable therapy.
