Discussion about Technique of Serial Communication in Windows 9X

Abstract

Several schemes about bow to develop serial communication program in windows 9x are put forward in the paper. The principles and steps of using communication windows API, communication control and communication DLL to realize serial communication in Visual Basic 6.0 are discussed in detail, and the advantages of each scheme arc also compared. Moreover instantes are shown.
