It has been a great tendency for criminal law to change to a criminal policy. Actually, the tendency is a summary of the development of the criminal policy which has been occurring in western countries recent years. Our criminal legislation has already reflected the theory. Nowadays, We should sum up and analyze the achievement of the criminal policy science, and use them in our application of criminal law.
