Abstract

We got three main couples of typical spatial distribution of temperature and precipitation in Xinjiang during Summer(Jun.Jul.and Aug),using SVD method to analysis the data of seasonal mean temperature and total precipitation of 28 meteorological observatories within Xinjiang during Summer from 1961 to 2005.In Xinjiang, the spatial distribution of temperature is approximately negatively correlative with the spatial distribution of precipitation during Summer. That is to say the region with more precipitation always has lower temperature than usual.Mainly there are three patterns of spatial distribution of precipitation during Summer. One of those patterns shows that the abnormal trend of precipitation in northern Xinjiang is in reverse with southern xinjiang, another pattern shows all the region of Xinjiang approximately has the same trend of precipitation;the third shows the central part is in reverse with the rest part of xinjiang. The feature of temperature and precipitation in prophase(May.)is usual continued during Summer.
