Abstract
Meanwhile, trace elements do not only satisfy the basic physiological needs but also improve, reproduce the immune and production capacity. The trace elements can not be transformed and substituted by one another and with precious demand. However, the self stable state will not apply if there was lacking of trace elements. But in the process of using trace elements; the phenomenon was commonly used in high doses. This article mainly reviewed the problem of trace elements application from unbalance of requirement and addition, adding process and harmful effect of trace elements.
