Abstract

Florida Pleurotus ostreatu-P13 strains was inoculated in 10 different kinds of solid and liquid medium to screen the proper medium for the culture of Pleurotus ostreatus. The dry matter weight of mycelium was obtained and compared. The results showed that medium No.1,No.5 and No 10 were suitable to the culture of mycelium of Pleurotus ostreatus.
