Abstract
In order to study the adverse impact on the noise-sensitive point along the proposed highway, models for transit noise prediction are set up with Cadna/A to analyzing the characteristics of the highway noise source.Furthermore, the distribution of sound field before and after setting the sound barriers in the sensitive points along the highway are predicted and analyzed. The results show that when the noise barrier is set to 3 meters, the noise-sensitive point noise value can achieve the national standard in the day and night time, with a maximum noise reduction value of 10.2 dB(A)and the minimum of 7.1 dB(A),which can provide some reference about the noise control measures for the highway projects.
