The Analysis of Depressive in Patients with Post Stroke

Abstract

Objective:To analyse the frequencies and therapeutic effect of depressive disorders in patients with post stroke.Methods:36 patients were assessed with Hamilton depression scale(HAMD).The patients with depressive disorders were treated with antidepressants such as zoloft,and venlafaxine hydrochloride.Results:In the 36 patients,the frequencies of depressive were 40.2%,recorery rates of treatment were 74.6%,in which the scores of HAMD after treatment were much less than that before treatment(P0.01).Conclusion:The frequencies of depressive disorders in patients with stroke are very high,and the apparent effect of antidepressants are observed.
